Privacy & cookies
This website and the games you can play on it are run by Alejandro Baena Mejías (Kovu's Pride, Spain), who is responsible for the data described here. Contact: baenamejiasa@gmail.com.
The site does not ask for your name or email address and does not sell any data. Each game published on Google Play has its own privacy policy, linked from its page.
Google Analytics, only if you accept
When you first visit, the site asks whether it may use Google Analytics. Until you press Accept, the Google Analytics code is not loaded and nothing is sent. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) collects:
- Pages visited, the site or link you came from, and clicks on games, store links, documents, the CV and contact links.
- On the play pages: which game and version you open, loading time and errors, how long the game stays open, and gameplay events such as rounds or levels started and finished.
- Device type, browser, screen size, language and approximate location (country and city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
- A random identifier kept in the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, which expire after up to 2 years, so repeat visits can be counted.
Why and on what basis
To know how many people visit, which games they play and for how long, and to find loading problems on specific devices. The legal basis is your consent. Google signals and advertising features are switched off. Data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted by Google Analytics.
Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Data stored only in your browser
- kp-consent: your answer to the analytics question.
- kp-build-<game>: whether you chose the phone or computer version of a game.
- Saved games of the browser games, stored by the game itself.
Your choices and rights
You can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Rejecting removes the Google Analytics cookies from this site.
You can ask for access to or deletion of your data by email. Because analytics data is pseudonymous, include the date of your visit and the device you used. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
